The Crusader Gridiron Club was founded in the spring of 2021 with the full support of the Holy Cross High School Administration & Staff. The Crusader Gridiron Club is privately organized and operated and is driven by the support of volunteers and donations from alumni, parents of alumni, parents of current students and friends of the Holy Cross Football program.

 

The primary mission of the Gridiron Club is to provide logistical support and to leverage the collective efforts of the program’s supporters to maximize our players’ overall experience while a member of the Holy Cross High School Football team.  The Gridiron Club coordinates group purchases for various external program costs during the season, and serves to assist the coaching staff with Football Administration and Operations as they relate to the benefit of current players, parents, and the program as a whole, including our gracious alumni from the past 50+ years.

A secondary mission of the Crusader Gridiron Club and perhaps the true challenge in our efforts is to raise money for the unfunded needs of the program. Emphasis will be placed on soliciting outside funds to minimize the additional costs that would fall on parents/players during the football season. All proceeds raised go to benefit the players and the program directly!

Finally, the Crusader Gridiron Club focuses on providing players and parents of our football program with an enjoyable playing experience during their time in the Holy Cross High School football program. Over time, we we will build a proactive alumni base of Players and Parents that will continue to connect with and support Holy Cross High School Football as we have all hoped to in the past, present and future. With this Mission in mind, we will reunite with Crusader players from years past and make them feel a special bond with their football brotherhood that they once treasured as players wearing their beloved Green and Gold!
