After more than 50 years, Holy Cross continues to evolve as a leading Catholic college preparatory institution. In conjunction, continuing with a tradition of success in interscholastic athletics, can be of equal value. As it relates specifically to Crusader football, a desire to take the program to that next level of success has emerged. Today, we are pleased to report that the formal creation of the “Crusader Gridiron Club”, is being finalized with the full support of both Dr. Thomas Pellegrino and Thomas Pompei. The primary purpose and mission of this organization will be to supplement the ongoing needs of the Football program as it relates to annual budget, costs and expenses… instilling a renewed sense of pride in our student-athletes will be an ancillary benefit. Please note that every dollar raised from the Crusader Gridiron Club will go DIRECTLY to the football program and its needs as allocated by the CGC Board of Directors and Executive Officers.

 

Our charge at this time will be to work towards generating interest and support from you, our football alumni community. Appointing officers, uncovering fundraising efforts and organizing events are already underway. Today, to officially kick-off the CGC, we ask that you consider becoming an annual member (see link below!). As an annual member you will receive advanced information on events, program and player updates, copy of a yearly media guide, as well as other benefits. We appreciate your consideration and look forward to seeing you in person this season!
